The Belin-Blank Center (B-BC) has partners with educators from other nations in order to identify exceptionally talented students worldwide.

The Gifted Education Research, Resource and Information Centre (GERRIC)The B-BC collaborated with The Gifted Education Research, Resource and Information Centre (GERRIC) in Sydney, Australia to develop a system for identifying academically talented children in Australia. The Belin-Blank Center continues to provide GERRIC with ongoing consultation as needed.

The Centre for Gifted Education at the University of Calgary in CanadaThe B-BC also partners with The Centre for Gifted Education at the University of Calgary in Canada. This partnership focuses on identifying gifted children in Alberta, Canada. The Belin-Blank Center provides ongoing services, such as processing Canadian student test registrations and communicating with the Iowa-based company that creates and scores the tests. The Canadian staff members at the Centre for Gifted Education provide a monitored location for students to take identification tests and use the interpretive materials provided by the B-BC to interpret the test results and identify gifted students in the area.
